Terms of Service

01Agreement and operator

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and EdAIX Corp., 1 Park Plaza, Suite 325, Irvine, CA 92614, USA, doing business as ArgoLand. If you use ArgoLand for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Additional terms shown in a checkout, consent screen, order confirmation, connected-service authorization, or feature page apply to that feature or purchase. If they directly conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control.

02Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and provide any consent required by law. Paid services may be purchased only by an adult with legal capacity or with parent or guardian involvement.

You may not use the services if law prohibits you from receiving them. If you act for another person or organization, you must have the required authorization.

03Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting credentials, devices, recovery methods, and connected accounts. Do not share passwords or one-time codes or permit unauthorized access.

You may use a supported social sign-in provider, whose terms govern its service. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use or a security incident involving your account.

04The services

ArgoLand may provide a career Profile, resume storage and tailoring, cover-letter generation, job discovery and comparison, qualification and gap analysis, learning or next-action recommendations, AI conversations, application preparation, browser-based Autofill, application tracking, calendars and reminders, reports or notifications, referrals, mentoring, Coffee Chats, and related support.

Available features depend on your location, account, plan, device, browser, integrations, and product configuration. Marketing descriptions and roadmaps do not promise permanent availability or a release date.

05Availability beta features and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the services, address security or legal requirements, respond to third-party changes, or manage operations. We will provide notice when required or when a change materially reduces a paid service during its current paid period.

Beta, preview, or experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice, receive limited support, or be discontinued. Do not rely on them for a deadline or record you cannot independently recover.

06Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information and instructions you provide and must have the rights needed to upload, process, or submit content. You must review application materials, AI content, Autofill fields, recipients, calendar entries, and submission details before relying on them.

You remain responsible for statements made in your name and for satisfying employer, school, licensing, immigration, or government requirements. Do not include unnecessary government identifiers, health or financial information, passwords, or security codes in prompts or uploaded materials.

07AI features

AI may generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, rankings, suggested answers, resume content, cover letters, learning plans, or other output. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. It is assistance, not professional, legal, financial, immigration, educational, or employment advice.

You must review and edit output as appropriate. ArgoLand does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee that a match, score, recommendation, or draft reflects an employer's actual criteria. Similar inputs may produce different outputs, and different users may receive similar output.

08Browser extension and Autofill

The extension may identify supported application fields and prepare or insert content using your Profile, selected materials, saved answers, visible form context, and AI suggestions. You control when to use it and must review every field before submission.

You must personally complete CAPTCHA, one-time passcodes, identity verification, and other steps requiring personal judgment or authorization. Electronic signatures, legally binding attestations, and consents on application forms must also be completed by you, unless you separately authorize ArgoLand in your Profile to complete the categories listed in the Privacy Policy section “What ArgoLand handles on application forms for you” on your behalf; you remain responsible for anything completed that way, each item is shown to you in the extension, and you can withdraw that authorization at any time. You should answer sensitive demographic, disability, veteran, equal-employment-opportunity, sponsorship, compensation, criminal-history, and similar questions yourself unless you deliberately use and confirm a saved answer, or review an answer the extension proposes from your saved records.

The extension is not guaranteed to support every site or field. You may not use it to evade access controls, violate third-party rules, misrepresent qualifications, or submit applications without meaningful review.

09Job and application features

Job listings, company or salary information, deadlines, location details, and requirements may come from third parties and may be inaccurate or outdated. Verify material details with the employer or original source.

Application tracking, receipts, reminders, and status labels are organizational tools and do not prove that an employer received, reviewed, or accepted an application unless the destination confirms it. You are responsible for deadlines, necessary records, and follow-up.

10Connected services and calendars

Google Sign In authenticates your account and does not by itself authorize access to Gmail, Drive, or Calendar. A Google Calendar connection is optional and separately authorized. When you choose to sync an event, ArgoLand creates, updates, or deletes that ArgoLand event in your primary Google Calendar; the sync is one-way, and ArgoLand does not read or import your existing Google Calendar events. You are responsible for choosing the correct Google account and reviewing information before it is synced.

A connected service may change or revoke its APIs, permissions, availability, or terms. We are not responsible for its independent acts, security, availability, or data practices. Disconnecting stops future sync after processing but may not delete existing copies or events.

11Referrals mentoring and human services

ArgoLand may offer referrals, Coffee Chats, mentoring, application review, or other services involving people. The service description shown before purchase or booking identifies the included work. Unless it expressly states otherwise, a referral service means reasonable efforts to arrange or complete the agreed referral-related submission for the specified opportunity; it does not guarantee an introduction, interview, response, offer, or employment.

Mentors and referral participants may express their own opinions and are not authorized to promise outcomes for ArgoLand. You must behave professionally, attend scheduled sessions, provide materials on time, and follow the scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms shown at booking.

12Third parties and career outcomes

Employers, job boards, applicant tracking systems, identity providers, calendar providers, payment processors, mentors, and other third parties apply their own terms and privacy policies. ArgoLand does not control their eligibility rules, decisions, communications, content, availability, or security.

We do not guarantee interviews, referrals, responses, admission, certification, compensation, visa sponsorship, job offers, employment, or any other career outcome.

13Communications

We may send electronic messages needed to operate your account or deliver a service, including verification, security, purchase, scheduling, application, calendar, reminder, and support notices. Promotional messages depend on your choices and may be unsubscribed, while necessary transactional messages may continue.

14Paid services and Stripe

The checkout or order flow states the applicable price, currency, billing interval, taxes, included service, and material purchase terms before confirmation. Those displayed terms are part of your agreement and control over a conflicting general description for that purchase.

Stripe or another identified processor handles payments. You authorize the processor and ArgoLand to charge the selected method for disclosed amounts, taxes, and recurring charges you approve. If payment fails, we or the processor may retry, request an updated method, limit paid features, or suspend paid access after any required notice.

15Subscriptions and automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval. Renewal date, plan, and cancellation method are shown through the account, checkout, receipt, or billing portal as applicable.

You may cancel future renewal through available account or billing controls or by contacting us. Unless checkout terms or law state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription. Prospective price or material plan changes will receive advance notice and a cancellation opportunity where required.

16One time services and bookings

One-time purchases may include referral services, mentoring sessions, reviews, or other defined deliverables. The purchase or booking flow describes the service scope, scheduling rules, and material conditions. You must provide accurate materials and cooperate reasonably so the service can be delivered.

A delay caused by missing information, late responses, or a requested change may extend delivery. We will not substitute a materially different service or convert a refund to unrelated credit without your agreement where law requires a choice.

17Cancellations refunds and billing disputes

Checkout or booking cancellation and refund terms apply, subject to mandatory law. Subscriptions may be canceled for future renewal; a paid period already begun is generally non-refundable except where law requires, checkout terms state otherwise, or a verified billing error or material service failure justifies a remedy.

We will correct or refund a verified duplicate or incorrect charge. If ArgoLand or the assigned provider cancels and cannot deliver the purchased service within a reasonable alternative arrangement, we will offer rescheduling or an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion. User cancellations and no-shows follow terms shown before booking, without limiting mandatory rights.

Referral completion means delivery of the agreed referral-related service, not an interview or offer. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will provide the stated remedy or an appropriate refund for the undelivered service. Contact [email protected] with the account email and enough transaction information to identify the purchase; do not send a full card number, password, or one-time code.

18Trials promotions and credits

If offered, the terms shown at enrollment govern trial or promotion eligibility, duration, conversion to paid service, limits, expiration, and cancellation. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

19User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ArgoLand a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, modify, display, transmit, and create technical derivatives only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested services, follow your instructions, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have the required rights and that our permitted use does not violate law or another person's rights. You authorize disclosure to recipients you select through a feature or service. Keep independent copies of important materials.

20ArgoLand intellectual property

ArgoLand and its licensors own the services, software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, documentation, and other non-user materials. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal or authorized internal use.

Except as law permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, remove notices, or create a competing service or dataset from ArgoLand. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your user content.

21Acceptable use

Do not use ArgoLand to break law; infringe rights; discriminate, harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or misrepresent qualifications; submit false or spam applications; evade rate limits or access controls; interfere with third-party services; upload malware; exploit vulnerabilities; obtain unauthorized access; expose credentials or personal information; build a competing product or model; bypass CAPTCHA or identity checks; or resell access without permission.

We may investigate misuse and restrict features or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the services, or legal compliance.

22Suspension termination and account deletion

You may stop using ArgoLand and request account deletion. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription unless the product expressly combines those actions; cancel recurring billing separately. Some records may remain under the Privacy Policy.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for a Terms violation, nonpayment, abuse, security or legal risk, or service discontinuation. When appropriate, we will provide notice and a chance to cure, but may act immediately for fraud, unlawful conduct, security incidents, or urgent threats. Provisions that by nature should survive remain effective.

23Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArgoLand is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or universally compatible services or output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer guarantee, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24Liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdAIX Corp. and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption. Their total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim during the prior 12 months or 100 United States dollars.

These limits do not apply where law prohibits a limitation, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, death, personal injury, or non-waivable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify EdAIX Corp. from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, content, Terms violation, or violation of another person's rights, except to the extent caused by our breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

25Governing law disputes and consumer rights

Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Either party may proceed after 30 days, or sooner if delay would cause irreparable harm or a limitations period to expire.

Except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, California law governs and California state and federal courts have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms do not require individual arbitration and do not waive a right to participate in a class or representative action where that right exists.

These Terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, cooling-off periods, cancellation or refund rights, or forum protections where you live. A conflicting mandatory rule controls only to the extent of the conflict.

26General terms and contact

These Terms and applicable feature, checkout, or order terms are the entire agreement about ArgoLand. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; EdAIX Corp. may assign them with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the relevant business.

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, receipts, and notices electronically. We may update these Terms prospectively and will revise the posted date, provide additional notice, or obtain acceptance when required. Export-control, sanctions, and other mandatory laws apply to your use.
