How ArgoLand handles information across its website, apps, browser extension, AI features, and career services.

This Privacy Policy explains how EdAIX Corp., doing business as ArgoLand, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use ArgoLand. It also describes your choices and privacy rights.
01Scope and operator
EdAIX Corp., 1 Park Plaza, Suite 325, Irvine, CA 92614, USA, operates ArgoLand and is responsible for the personal information covered by this Policy unless a feature-specific notice identifies another controller. ArgoLand, we, us, and our refer to EdAIX Corp. and its ArgoLand services.
This Policy covers the ArgoLand website, accounts, career Profile, resumes, AI and job tools, application support, calendars and reminders, browser extension and Autofill, subscriptions, referrals, mentoring, and customer support. A third party, such as an employer, job board, applicant tracking system, identity provider, payment processor, or mentor, may apply its own privacy policy to its independent processing.
02Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, credentials, contact preferences, verification information, support messages, resume, employment and education history, skills, certifications, location and work preferences, career goals, portfolio links, saved answers, cover letters, resume versions, notes, and other career materials.
We may also process saved jobs, job descriptions, application questions, draft or submitted answers, selected documents, application status and history, AI conversations and feedback, calendar events and reminders, referral or mentoring requests, scheduling details, and purchase or service records. Some materials may contain sensitive information; provide it only when necessary for a feature or application.
03Information collected automatically
When you use ArgoLand, we may collect IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages and features used, dates and times, session or authentication events, extension version and installation identifiers, performance data, crash reports, and security logs.
The extension may detect supported application pages and relevant form fields so it can offer assistance you request. We limit page access and field processing to what is reasonably needed for the extension functions you use.
04Social sign in and connected services
If you use Google Sign In, Google may provide a verified email address, a provider-specific account identifier, and other basic information shown on the authorization screen. Google Sign In authenticates your account; by itself it does not give ArgoLand access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar.
If you separately connect Google Calendar, ArgoLand uses the Google Calendar access you authorize only to create, update, or delete the ArgoLand career events you choose to sync in your primary Google Calendar. The connection is optional and one-way from ArgoLand to Google Calendar; ArgoLand does not read or import your existing Google Calendar events. To perform and maintain the sync, ArgoLand sends event titles, descriptions or notes, locations, start and end times, and time zones to Google, and stores an encrypted OAuth refresh token, Google event identifiers, the authorized scope, and synchronization preferences and status.
You may disconnect Google Calendar through available product controls. Disconnecting stops future synchronization, attempts to revoke the Google authorization, and deletes the encrypted OAuth credential stored by ArgoLand. Events already created in Google Calendar are not automatically deleted when you disconnect and remain subject to Google's controls, terms, and privacy practices.
ArgoLand does not use Google Calendar data received through Google APIs for advertising or targeted advertising. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models. ArgoLand does not use, transfer, or sell user data received from Google Workspace APIs, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived, to create, train, or improve any foundational or generalized AI or machine-learning model, and that data is not transferred to any third-party AI or machine-learning service. Google Calendar data is processed only to provide the Google Calendar sync you request and is not used by ArgoLand AI features.
ArgoLand's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
05Browser extension and Autofill
Autofill may use information from your ArgoLand account, materials you upload, answers you choose to save, and relevant information visible in a supported application flow. Depending on the feature, limited field labels, page context, and proposed answers may be sent to ArgoLand or an AI service provider acting for us so the feature can identify fields and prepare drafts.
The extension may fill or suggest content, but you must review every field before submission. ArgoLand does not intentionally automate CAPTCHA, one-time passcodes, identity verification, or other actions requiring personal review. Application-form consents, truthfulness attestations, and electronic signature fields are also left to you, unless you separately authorize ArgoLand in your Profile to complete the categories listed in “What ArgoLand handles on application forms for you” below on your behalf; each item completed that way is shown to you in the extension, and you can withdraw that authorization at any time. Sensitive demographic or equal-employment-opportunity questions should be answered by you unless you expressly direct use of a saved answer.
The extension stores limited information in your browser, such as sign-in status, preferences, and technical data it needs to work. Uninstalling removes extension-controlled local data according to browser behavior, but does not delete your ArgoLand account or information stored on our servers. Our use of information received through the extension and Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
06What ArgoLand handles on application forms for you (version 2026-09-28)
This section is version 2026-09-28. It describes what ArgoLand does on application forms in your name after you tick the separate authorization in your Profile: “Let ArgoLand handle the terms, declarations and authorizations on application forms in my name, and sign up or sign in to job sites for me.” That authorization carries the same version as this section. When the scope changes, we publish a new version of this section and ask you to authorize again. An authorization you gave to an earlier version does not cover categories added later, and until you authorize the current version, the extension completes none of these items on your behalf.
With that authorization, the extension may, in your name: agree to the employer’s terms and privacy policy for that application, including privacy notices shown only by their title; confirm that the information you provided is true, and fill signature fields with your name and the current date; agree that the employer’s recruiting service providers, applicant tracking system, and its affiliates or group companies may process and share your application data for recruiting; agree to verification of the education, employment history, and identity you provided, and acknowledge E-Verify notices; consent to your interviews being recorded, including AI note-taking and transcription, and to AI analysis or evaluation of interview recordings; agree to receive text messages, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages about your application; agree that the employer and its group companies may contact you about other roles in the future, and join talent communities; agree to receive marketing messages; authorize background checks for this hire, including credit, drug screening, driving records, social media screening, and periodic re-checks; acknowledge at-will employment; acknowledge and agree to arbitration agreements, including their class-action and jury-trial waivers; and agree to boxes that combine only these items.
The extension may also create accounts and sign in for you on job sites (such as Workday and iCIMS) using your email address, and accept the site terms needed to register. Passwords for those accounts are kept only on the computer where you use the extension and are never sent to ArgoLand’s servers. One-time passcodes, CAPTCHAs, and other identity checks are still completed by you.
The following always stay your decision, and the extension hands them back to you: selling your data or sharing it for marketing; biometrics such as fingerprints, face, or voiceprint; general releases, hold-harmless, and indemnification terms (within an arbitration agreement, only its class-action and jury-trial waivers are covered); non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements; consents about medical, health, or disability information; and any authorization not listed in this section, including a box that mixes one of these with a listed item. The final submission of every application is also yours: the extension submits only after you press Submit in the extension.
Whether an employer may contact your current employer is answered from your Profile, using your answer to “May we contact your current employer?” (yes or no). Questions that ask only about former employers or references get the same answer. If you have not answered, these questions are handed back to you.
Every item completed in your name is listed in the extension so you can review it before you submit. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by unticking it in your Profile (or in “My profile” in the extension) and saving; from then on, the extension completes none of these items on your behalf. Withdrawing does not undo applications you have already submitted.
07AI and personalized features
ArgoLand may use AI to generate or improve resumes, cover letters, application drafts, career guidance, job-fit summaries, profile-strength results, gap analyses, learning recommendations, and other suggestions. Relevant prompts, profile fields, job descriptions, questions, or document excerpts may be sent to an AI service provider acting for us to provide the requested feature.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable and must be reviewed before use. ArgoLand does not make an employer hiring decision. We do not use resume contents, application answers, or sensitive fields to train a general-purpose model offered to the public or other customers unless we first obtain express permission.
08Payments and purchases
Stripe processes payments for paid ArgoLand services. Stripe may collect card, bank, billing, authentication, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy. ArgoLand may receive billing contact details, a payment token, transaction status, amount, currency, subscription or invoice identifiers, and limited card details such as brand and last four digits. We do not need to receive your full card number.
We use purchase information to complete transactions, administer subscriptions and one-time services, provide receipts, handle cancellations or refunds, prevent fraud, reconcile accounts, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Current price and service details are displayed in the applicable checkout flow and are not repeated in this Policy.
09Communications
We may send account verification, password reset, security, purchase, service-delivery, application, calendar, reminder, and support communications. You may also choose optional reports, product updates, or marketing messages. You can use available preferences or unsubscribe links for promotional email, but necessary transactional messages may continue.
10How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize accounts, Profiles, resumes, job tools, application support, calendars, reminders, AI features, connected services, referrals, mentoring, and support; authenticate users and manage sessions; process purchases; generate drafts and recommendations; maintain records; and communicate with you.
We also use information to operate, measure, debug, secure, and improve the services; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our Terms; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
12Sale sharing and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. When advertising or measurement technologies are enabled, we may disclose identifiers, device and internet activity, approximate location, and interaction or conversion data to advertising and analytics providers. This disclosure may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising under applicable United States state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 18 for those purposes.
We do not use resume contents, application answers, Profile contents, or sensitive information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out.” We also treat legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for that browser or device.
14Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy. The period depends on the data type, feature, account or transaction status, sensitivity, security and dispute needs, and legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements.
Account, Profile, resume, application, AI conversation, calendar, and integration data may remain while your account is active or until you delete it through available controls or request deletion. Transaction records and records needed for fraud prevention, disputes, agreement enforcement, or legal compliance may be retained longer. Backups are deleted or de-identified on their ordinary cycle unless preservation is legally required.
Uninstalling the extension generally removes extension-controlled local data under browser rules but does not delete server-side data. Disconnecting an integration stops future access after processing but may not remove copies already created in ArgoLand or the connected service.
15Processing in the United States
ArgoLand is operated from the United States, and personal information is processed and stored primarily in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, we use an approved mechanism or other lawful safeguard, such as contractual protections. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.
16Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting credentials, keeping devices secure, reviewing extension permissions, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details to support.
17Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain processing; or appeal a privacy-request decision. Product controls may also let you update Profile data, delete saved items, disconnect integrations, manage communications, or close your account.
To submit a request, email [email protected] and describe the request and account involved. We may verify your identity using information associated with the account or another reasonable step. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies, including when retention is required by law, needed for security, or necessary to complete a transaction or protect another person's rights.
You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We may request proof of authority and direct identity verification. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right, although deletion or restriction may make some features unavailable.
18United States state privacy notice
Depending on the features you use, we may process identifiers and account data; profile and customer-record information; voluntary protected-classification information; commercial and transaction information; device and internet activity; approximate location; professional, employment, and education information; communications and user content; inferences such as job fit or recommended actions; and sensitive information you choose to provide. Sources include you, your device, connected services, transaction, advertising, analytics or security providers, and service participants.
We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, career and application features, payments, support, communications, security, legal compliance, and user-directed disclosure. We retain each category under the criteria described above. We use sensitive information only for permitted purposes such as authentication, security, payment processing, a user-requested feature, a field the user directs us to complete, or legal compliance.
Residents of applicable states may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy; receive information about certain disclosures; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; and appeal a denial. We may share the advertising and analytics categories described above, but do not sell personal information for money. Submit a request through available product controls or [email protected]. California and other mandatory state rights apply even if not individually listed here.
19Other regional disclosures
If you live outside the United States, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
20Children
ArgoLand is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If local law sets a higher minimum age for independent consent, a parent or guardian must provide any required consent. Paid services must be purchased by an adult or with parent or guardian involvement.
21Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the services, law, or our practices change. We will revise the posted date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. The version in effect when processing occurs governs that processing unless law requires otherwise.
